This is a YouTube video titled "Fat loss and weight loss" containing a discussion between two speakers about strategies for fat loss, specifically comparing approaches for losing 10 pounds versus 100 pounds. The conversation focuses on breaking down large fat loss goals into manageable phases and maintaining similar dietary considerations. The speakers are not identified as Beverley Simpson.
Yeah. So now does your approach change with the amount of fat there's wanting you know the amount of fat to lose like 100, 100 pound fat loss goal versus a 10 pound fat loss goal.
I mean when it comes to fat loss in itself like the big thing that we want to focus on is when it comes to the overall amount we need to see do we need to break it up into chunks because when it comes to that person who wants to lose 10 pounds we could do that in one go and just drop the 10 go right back up to maintenance but that person that's going to need to drop £100 is going to need to lose 10 to 20. Take a break. Lose 10 to 20, take a break. And when it comes to the, the types of foods and everything it should be relatively the same assuming that those people don't have any allergies or anything like that but not a ton of huge changes.
