Coach, does it feel like you're doing all the right things, but no matter what you do, it's just not working the way that you want it to? If that's you, bookmark this post. If you know someone who feels like that, tag them below. As a former district fitness manager for a national gym and someone who's built two multiple six figure businesses online, I've learned a thing or two. I've helped hundreds of coaches start and scale profitably in person and online. A combination of both. If something's not working the way that you want it to, three things I want you to consider.
1.
How do you know that it's not working? People will tell me that it's not working, but the measurement that they're using to measure performance doesn't match the intention of what it is they created. For example, if you have a post that that you intended to get more clients and then you tell me it's not working because it hasn't reached a lot of people, those are incongruent measurements because when was the last time you engaged with an ad? But that doesn't mean that it's not going to convert. Number two, if something really isn't working.
The way that you want it to.
I need you to answer me these four questions. Are you specific in the problem you.
Solve, the way that you solve it.
The outcome you deliver, and the person.
That you deliver it for?
If there's room for improvement, look at it. Because number three, if it's not converting.
It comes down to these three things. Visibility.
Value.
Volume. You can't buy from the Internet's best kept secret. If you want to be number one in your niche, you need to grow in visibility. Ads are the fastest way. People teach them wrong and they gamble on it. How do you know if something's valuable? I need to do a separate post on this. But value comes down to shifting perspective, giving results in advance and providing a clear path for your client to say yes to themselves. And then volume. Do you have enough people to see the value? And are there enough touch points now? If you need help on how to do this, specifically spam DMing 100 strangers a day gambling on ads that working 12 to 14 hours on your content creation that no one engaged on, no one engages on except maybe your mom and your friends and your colleagues, Comment workshop and I'll show you how for free. There's nothing to buy on that training so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. If this helped you follow for more biz growth tips.
