This is a YouTube video titled "Fitness Insider Exposes Jaw-Dropping Career Journey You Won't Expect!" featuring Beverley Simpson sharing her personal career journey from being a full-time fitness coach and trainer to transitioning into editorial roles in fitness media and corporate content creation, including her experiences at Vitamin Shop Corporate and a strength sports startup. The content is a monologue or personal narrative by Beverley Simpson recorded in May 2023.

So I have been a coach now for 10 years, but that's not actually my full time gig anymore. I was full time trainer, full time coach. Realized I didn't really like it that much because my whole dream in life was to be a fitness editor like a Men's Health. So while pursuing my bachelor's and master's in exercise science and sports science, I was also actively building out like the gym I worked for his blog. I was actively looking for more writing positions. So long story short, to give you the nitty and gritty to kind of like catch you up to speed. Started as a trainer, shifted into editorial, was recruited eventually by Vitamin Shop Corporate, worked there for a few months, then was recruited by Barb End, which is a strength sports startup. Basically helped them build for four years and then was eventually burnt out and was like why am I building content for other people.
