Where you sign up with uninspired. It's, it's called on. It's like uneducated optimism where you're like, yes, I'm excited this is going to happen, right? You take action, something happens, we learn something. Action, outcome, effect. We make it mean something. So then we start to go into the like, oh, this doesn't work, nothing works, blah, blah, blah. And then we start to spend time in the valley of despair, okay? Now, in order to get through the valley of despair, okay, we don't push it down with like, I'll think positive, blah, blah. I just need to like do the definition of insanity, blah, blah, blah, blah. You have to alchemize it. And you do that by recognizing it, honoring it, shifting perspective on it, looking for the wins and focusing on the gains instead of the gaps.
