This is a YouTube video titled "Frustration at Doctors Office Reveals the Need for Better Appointments" containing a multi-speaker conversation recorded in August 2023. The discussion involves Beverley Simpson and other speakers sharing their frustrations about appointment scheduling inefficiencies at a doctor's office, highlighting the need for improved systems.
I'm thinking, how do we create something that's going to last for the next 5, 10, 15 years?
You know, it's so funny because we just took my doc. My daughters to we have two daughters and we took them to the ENT.
Today and.
Our appointment was 810 and 8 30. But they had.
Booked four other people for 810.
And 8 30.
So there's like six of us sitting there being like we all have the same appointment. Well, not all of us are going to get seen at 8:10. So it is just so aggravating to me to be in the room and then not get seen until 9 o'. Clock. When couldn't you just told me like 9 o'. Clock. Right.
