This is a YouTube video titled "Getting off the launch rollercoaster" containing a monologue by Beverley Simpson recorded on November 30, 2023. Beverley discusses her experience with decision-making cycles that led to personal dissatisfaction and her approach to establishing an evergreen sales system to regain personal power and focus on meaningful work.
That I kept making decisions in the if then continuum. As soon as I do this, then I'll do that. And it was putting me in this cycle of misery where I was just constantly doing work. I was constantly doing things that were not, A, serving my highest good, and B, they were not what I wanted to do. And so they were leaking my personal power all over the place. And that is an issue. So instead, I decided to set up an evergreen sales system.
