I'm very open about this. I. You know, for a guy that makes a living and supports his family by running a gym, I don't love exercise. I do it because it's the same reason why I brush my teeth. I want to keep my teeth, and I like to be able to keep most of my teeth. It's one of those things where I don't love it, but I will make it work and I will love the results of doing it. So it's. It's a simple trade off for me. I know a lot of people are like, find something that you love. And I'm like, that's bullshit. Find something you can tolerate and love. Love. Because here's the thing. And again, we were talking about, like, relating to people. I have clients that come to me and they're like, is there something wrong with me that I don't love? Exercise? Like, hell no. There's nothing wrong with you. You were a human. I'm with you.
