If you eat a meal and you are extremely bloated or crampy or gassy or any. You have to rush to the bathroom after eating a meal, stop taking that meal your body does not like. We need to keep an eye on that and we need to experiment a little bit more or eliminate it for at least two to three weeks and introduce it back to see if we get those same digestive upset issues with that. What about skin irritation? So skin issues, love that question because a lot of them are from the gut. So eczema, psoriasis, things like that really stem from the gut. Acne can really stem from the gut. That is a bigger issue that can boil down to potentially needing like a GI map to see what is actually going on in the stool, what the bacteria looks like. If we have any, any issues there, if we have any autoimmune triggers, we perhaps have like a decreased or increased permeability of the gut, which causes a lot of the autoimmune triggers like psoriasis and things like that. So that's going to be a different protocol than say, like a pcos.
