Okay, so if you've followed me for any amount of time this might feel a little bit conflicting to you because in your mind you're like but Beverly, you told me that we're not trading dollar for hours so why do I need to work out what my hourly rate is? So what I want you to understand is that we're not deciding what is it that you're going to charge per hour because you're right, I definitely am not a fan of the dollar for our model yet the industry teaches you to do that. That's a broken model and what I'm about to break down is going to show you why that is a broken model because when you are trading dollar per hour it is not taking into account the amount of effort it takes to go and drum up business, grow your audience, find the prospects. It doesn't typically usually take into account how much time and effort it takes you to fulfill with program creation, with client check ins.
