Justin Schuman talks about helping professionals craft their personal narratives and building their brands. He gave a TEDx talk in May 2022 and has worked with diverse clients to refine how they tell their stories.
It like really became more refined. I've worked with now CEOs, founders, realtors, trainers, sex workers, like everybody. And it's amazing because everybody's got a fantastic story. There is so much content that everyone has. And I can teach anybody how to bring themselves more to the content and take the disparate parts of their story. They don't understand how they make one cogent, compelling narrative and do that with them. I did my TedX on my 31st birthday in May of 22. And then I again, I kind of looked at how I got from multi passionate to all the way to this personal branding thing. And I realized why personal branding was so effective is because you can't get there without going through all the other steps. Because to build a personal brand. So I kind of work backwards. You have to believe that you have these aspects of self that are worth amplifying enough that people can see them.
