This is a YouTube video titled "How Small Businesses Can Thrive with Niche Offerings" containing a talk by Jack Kornfield discussing strategies for small businesses, particularly agencies making around $30k a month, to focus on specialized niche offers for scalable customer acquisition rather than broad full-service models. The content is from January 22, 2025.
But for the average, like the people who I see struggle, the average small business who's 30k a month, full service agency, they'd be much better off getting a more specialized, like, kind of niche offer, at least on the front end, to bring in new customers. Then they can do all that full service stuff on the back end, right when, when you already have the relationship with the person. But like, to make it a consistent, scalable acquisition, it's a little bit easier that way. That's why the ones that don't do that, that are really big, that are full service, they work with huge corporations. And they, and they usually just work their way up there through referrals, acquiring employees who have those relationships, which is great. So, like, it can work, but they're not doing this, like, consistent sales model. You know, it's, it's very different.
