This is a YouTube video titled "How to Build a Clients' Business" containing a conversation between Leonard Hodges and another speaker discussing strategies for helping clients recognize their own gaps and build independence in their skills. The discussion focuses on empowering clients to sell themselves and grow confidence. There is no indication that Beverley Simpson is a participant in this conversation.
In helping them expose their own gap, where you ask the powerful questions that help them realize that there's a gap, as well as get them to buy in for themselves. And they get to that there is experience in or or that they're they build confidence by seeing that they can do it. That is the number one, best, fastest, only way to help them become a client and then sell themselves. Essentially. You don't have that. That's the work right there.
So true. It's the most important thing because again, that that's also getting them closer toward being independent. If you have an athlete or a client who is dependent on you for literally everything all of the time and never grows away from that or gets away from that, to me, like, I don't think you're giving them the skills and that that's such a crucial point.
