This is a YouTube video titled "How to Get Certified as a SharQui Instructor Online" containing a discussion about the certification process for instructors. The speaker explains the steps including a discovery call, an audition session, and a four-month virtual Academy program. The content is instructional and focused on the certification pathway for prospective instructors.
So now instructors, when they're, do they need to come into the studio to get certified? What is the process of, of getting certified? So the process is they, once they find me on social media, there's a discovery call. We talk about, you know, their goals, see if Sharky will meet their goals. There's a little, like, execution session, if you will, like a little audition to see how they count and how they move, to see if I feel like they would be a great part of the team. And then, then we go from there. So the Academy is four months, and it is all virtual. They don't need to be in the virtual studio in order to come into the Academy. But once you are in the Academy, you do get a membership to be in the virtual studio. So you do get the format and learn the format and get it under your belt.
