I just going to know based on what I currently know at my current level of skill and knowing that that that every rep is expertise that I will develop now what happens to a lot of people when they get to these thresholds and every business is going to have a threshold and every new level is going to require something different of you. And so what happens to a lot of people when they get to that six figure mark or that multiple six figure mark around 250 to 500k is that they have to like they'll get, they'll, they'll reach a piece of capacity and and this is when the system starts to break. So this is what started to happen to me and when I started to recognize and realize that I was working in the red is because I started reaching these capacities and I knew that I needed to either hire help or I needed to delegate. Like it's just you're either going to grow the revenue or you're going to need to cut expenses.
