So whatever level of communication or connection that you have, I think it's important to get those little details right as to what is the why behind why they joined you. And then as you're delivering the things that are helping them, what is the why behind why they have to do this stuff? Like, why do do they have to train legs? Why do they have to eat protein? Help them explain that, educate them, empower them so that they are fully equipped to walk away from you with a sense of autonomy. And they stay with you because the connection that you have brought to their life.
