Two speakers discuss how to track progress in a program using biomarkers like heart rate variability and sleep quality, plus subjective measures. They explain how to tell if changes come from actually doing the work versus just learning about it.
I need to go deeper. How have you been able to know the difference for yourself?
Well, great question. Like all these questions, that one's like the tough one. There's some parts that I'd say might even be like I don't want to say immutable but it's I'd say checklist like the checklist that I used to have which perhaps has been outdated is like I my checklist would be on kind of biomarkers so biomarkers within biomarkers would be hr, hrv like heart rate variability would be like certain subjective and objective measures like quality of sleep, things like that. And so for example when I make a change to my program I try not to make too many changes. Try and put one thing in at a time. Sometimes it's too but let's say I put one thing in the basket so I've changed one thing. I'm going to always touch base with my my checklist.
