This is a YouTube video titled "How to manage hunger during training" containing a discussion between two speakers about navigating hunger cues and managing food quality during intense training and body composition changes. The conversation focuses on understanding hunger signals and the impact of food choices on satiety.
Like the more you lift you get hungry. So how do you navigate hunger and deficit especially as someone's trying to shift their body composition as well as you know and they're training pretty hardly, they're training pretty hard. So how are you, how do they navigate their hunger cues?
Yeah, the first thing I would talk to them about is understanding the hunger and making sure that one it's not hunger because of food choices. Because this is a big thing that comes up in the intuitive eating conversation where it's like yeah I'm going to intuitively eat a crap ton of donuts but like when it comes to being hungry especially sometimes that can be influenced by the quality of the food that you're eating. So if you're eating a ton of protein, fiber, micronutrients and things like that, you're going to be more full on the on those types of foods. So what we want to do is say okay listen we hear your hunger signals.
