This is a YouTube video titled "How to program for moms" containing a monologue by Beverley Simpson recorded in May 2024. Beverley discusses exercise programming strategies tailored for mothers with limited time, focusing on efficient workouts using minimal equipment and emphasizing volume and weight progression.
You can pull that off and do two or three circuits of that where it's like exercise, exercise, stretch and that's like three to four sets. Ish. And then when we go into the condensed version of that which is the moms that like can literally only work out during nap time, like I have a couple that have very young kids that are like I get like a 20, 30 minute clip max. What can we do? And I'm like all right at home 1 Dumbbell, let's make it happen. And you do simple stuff like something pushing, pulling, something for legs, something for abs and say all right, set that timer for 20min minutes and do as many rounds as you can. And the focus on that becomes 1 increasing weights if we can, but also 2 increasing volume, getting more sets and doing more repetitions and that increase in volume is going to get a lot of the results that we want.
