This is a YouTube video titled "How to train a long term client" containing a conversation between two speakers discussing challenges and experiences related to training clients at home, especially during the COVID period. The discussion covers adapting workout programs for home environments and the difficulties faced in accessing equipment. The speakers are not named Beverley Simpson.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Now can they work out from home or do they have to come to a gym?
Almost all of my clients work out from home. And that is another fun filled challenge we'll call it. Because I know like back during COVID days when I was working at the gym, I was working at, I was the head trainer and had to write all the programs for 300 people at home. And that was basically a shock to the system that made me really good at programming at home that carried over to the clients. So it's like muscle memory now, but it sucked learning it.
Yeah. What are some of the biggest difference? I mean, like for me, I'll share For me, because I've been working out forever at home and especially during COVID times, you didn't have any access to like, you couldn't get toilet paper. Okay. Like the tick tocks about that is so funny now. But it wasn't that. But you couldn't get weights, you couldn't get. You had to find stimulus that wasn't your traditional stimulus.
