And so thinking, you know, I can, I can really serve this population. I can take what I know about science. I can take what I know about training and nutrition and being really evidence based. And even though we're starting to gather more science on this, and women have historically been left out of a lot of studies, we're, we're starting to see more coming down and needing that intermediate translator, someone who can say this, you know, can you read primary research and then help people who don't have that skill figure out what it's saying, and then also how do we apply it to actual humans and, and, and make evidence based recommendations? So I felt like that was also a strong skill set that I had. And as somebody who's been studying science for a really long time and knows how to do those things.
