And I do, you know, So I am curious. I'm curious for Kat and. And Kim specifically in terms of like, what was like. Because Katt had mentioned shame, right? And I think that we have, like, there's a lot of shame around disordered eating, right? Or just addiction. Like, there shames around mental health. We have a lot of, like, shame around that stuff. And it's not anyone's fault. It's also, you know, of course you do when you've got people screaming at saying, like, well, of course. How did you get this way? Why are you this way? Whatever, right? So shouldn't have smoked, you know, like, yeah, you know, so it's like, how did you over, like, was there any overcoming or these feelings that came up for you around, like, I'm not obese. I don't want to be obese. I'm not going to an obese specialist because I'm. I just need to work, you know, like, how did you navigate that for yourself? I still feel. Feel the shame. I know. I still struggle with it.
