I recently had on my podcast one of my college roommates. Her name is Jill. She's exactly my age and Jill was has become a power lifter in her 60s. She never went to the gym. She was, you know, active enough but she had a busy career and two kids and a house to keep and, you know, it's about it. She just was living her life right. So now the kids are gone and career is taking a new phase and somehow or another my friend Jill is a power lifter in her 60s. And when we did the interview for my show Shameless Plug, it's called optimal aging if you want to listen to it. She said, you know, Jay, no one told us this when we were young. When we were in school in the 70s and 80s, no one ever said to us lift weights so you'll have a better life when you're older. I said, yep, that's why I'm in business because.
