Right. So I think in terms of, like, that health approach, you know, making sure that. That we're very aware and understanding of, like, where we're at mentally and how our nutritional approach supports that in a better way rather than hurts it. Right. And a lot of times, you know, you know, it's. It just seems like when people are their most stressed, they just want to continue to pile more stress on is what I found. So, you know, it's like, people seem to care the most about their macros and their calories when they have no business caring about them. Right. It's like, wait a minute. No, no. You just had this traumatic event in your life, or you're going through this mega change, or something crazy is happening. Just what are you even thinking about, you know, macros and calories? Like, let's just, like, choose good foods. Let's focus on our proteins. Let's focus on our vegetables and fruits. Let's focus on nutrition quality and food quality. Right. So that's kind of, you know, I think in terms of, like, that health and wellness, I would go for those two things, is, yeah, we want to be finding a nutrition approach that's improving, but we also want to find something that works with us mentally as well.
