Yeah. So then you know, how, how are you, how do you program mobility into your clients? Programming? Why do you do it? How do you navigate between like, you know, making sure they feel like they get a really good workout while they're also increasing these skills.
Depending on who it is, who I have, sometimes I'll start with mobility. Like if they come for me, like I need to get stronger through these ranges of motion, then we're going to work on that first. I will doubt my. I'm known as like the 1990 king of warming up people here in the 99 position. When you're on the floor, so we'll have hands out, we're on our hips and we're kind of just either lifting our legs up or we're swinging our legs, we're doing heel clicks, all types of fun stuff like that. So we could do that as a warm up or we could do it as a filler exercise. Sometimes, like if I'm say, like if I'm deadlifting, I'll have them do their deadlift set.
