This is a YouTube video titled "Navigating Client Absences: A Success Story" containing a monologue or single-speaker narrative recorded in January 2025. The speaker shares an anecdote about a client who went off the grid in the Amazon forest but returned to complete a purchase, illustrating challenges and strategies in sales and client management.
I was selling this lady one time, I mean, who literally was like, well you know, funny, you know, tomorrow I'm actually going off the grid for a month. And I was like, what do you mean off the grid? Like off the grid off. No phone, no nothing. Like in the Amazon forest. I was like, okay, well you're probably not going to buy right now. Like there's just nothing you could really do. Now she did come back and she bought late. I was like, oh, this person's never going to come back. No, she came back right after the Amazon forest bought later. So you know there's certain things like that, but that's about it. I mean the I we deal in my company with a lot of two call closes because there is a lot of business partners or like sometimes there's a board or like investor reserves or they're not doing it themselves so they kind of want sign off from the team but it is kind of like a real thing.
