This is a YouTube video titled "Overcome Obstacles Like High Achievers A Mindset Guide" containing a monologue by Beverley Simpson recorded in May 2025. Beverley discusses the importance of having a coach to challenge blind spots and support personal growth, emphasizing that she does not work alone and values continuous self-improvement.
So to me, I very much have to pre qualify a coach who I know, that I respect, that will allow me and sit with me in the trenches to challenge my blind spots, to be like, okay, Jamie, you say this, and I know that makes sense, but have you considered this? Like, I see where you're going with that, but did you really make time for this, or are you starting to get caught up in the whirlwind over here? That now this area kind of falling short. We all need it, right? So, yes, absolutely. I do not do it alone. If I did, you all do not follow my content. And don't ever ask me to coach you, because, no, if you don't have a coach that's not investing in growing themselves, they're not the best candidate for you because they stop growing.
