The speaker also discusses creating a Facebook group and writing a book to share these impactful quotes and personal insights to inspire others.
We all face adversity in life, right? But I have a very diverse resume, personally and professionally, multiple points of which it was to the point of me attempting to quite literally take my life. And quotes were kind of one of the only things that really, truly helped me hold on. I've never been married, don't have kids, so there was just me kind of having to figure out how to pull through all the time because I didn't feel like I had much to live for outside of what I thought the world told me I needed. And so, yeah, there was just quotes scattered across my house all the time that I would always just rely on. And then it got to a point where that didn't even work. And so I started texting other people those quotes when I would wake up at 4 o' clock in the morning, and I would send them every day. And then if I had a really defeated morning where I didn't want to get out of bed, I'd randomly get a message like, dude, are you okay? We didn't get a message from you today. And so that inspired me and it pushed me to keep going. And so then I created the Facebook group, and then I was posting literally every single day on social media, some type of motivational quote. So, yeah, quite literally, it's. It was a book that I was just inspired to write of, like, 123 of the most impactful ones that truly got me through the deepest, dark, darkest times of my life that actually still very much impact me today. And I share those, but then I share my perspective, a little bit of my testimony, and then I give call to actions to give people the opportunity to use it as well.
