This is a YouTube video titled "Overcoming Fear: Growing Your Business with Confidence" featuring Beverley Simpson speaking about embracing fear, processing it, and continuing to grow her business with confidence and responsibility towards her team and clients. The content is motivational and focused on personal and professional growth.
The second thing I'm doing is, is experiencing it and then processing and moving through it and saying, hey, thank you, my old friend, for keeping me safe. We're going to keep going, and I'm going to show you why this is powerful and how this will help you. And then I'm going to do the things that I know to and feel called to do to continue to grow my business. Because I have a team of people that are counting on me. I have clients that are counting on me. I have you who are counting on me. So I'm going to feel the fear, do it anyway, show up anyway, and get the rep.
