The excerpt features one speaker reflecting on these issues but does not include Beverley Simpson or multiple speakers.
I'm also curious, you know, as you. You bring up something that I think a lot of coaches battle with, and some are talk about it and some don't, is this concept of what if I am not my ideal client? Meaning what if I've just been shredded my whole life? What if I, you know, or, or some people will say to me, you know, I'm not fit enough to be a trainer because I've never had a six pack or, you know, you know, they go through these imposter syndrome feelings. So I'm curious how you've navigated that and how, you know, what would you say to a coach that's potentially feeling the same way? That's a great question.
