And that helps to release those emotions around it. So I really find that to be very helpful for a lot of my clients. Now, the exercise part, that was very, very difficult for me because I identified as an athlete. I was always an athlete in, like, high school, middle school, college. And then I went on to do the Ironman triathlons. And then suddenly I couldn't do anything right. And so it's like I could barely, like, walk. I could, like, I could walk, but I couldn't go four walks without feeling very tired and sore and everything for a few days afterwards. And I've gotten so much better over the years. But at first it was really hard. And I remember going to my doctor and my doctor saying, are you exercising? And I said, no, and I felt so much shame. And she says, well, you're not walking or doing yoga or anything. I said, well, yeah, I'm doing those, because to me, those were the recovery day kind of things, right? She's like, I'm laughing. I'm only laughing because that's how I feel.
