This is a YouTube video titled "PCOS Wellness: How Diet and Stress Management Can Help" containing a monologue or presentation discussing the management of PCOS through dietary tracking, lab testing, stress control, and gut health regulation. The speaker explains the importance of baseline dietary logs, lab work, and addressing metabolic and systemic issues related to PCOS. The content is educational and focused on health and wellness strategies for PCOS.
If we have a PCOS client who's coming in to work with us, we have every single client do a five day log of what they're already eating and drinking. So I want to see their baseline because we, we still get that I'm not eating a lot. Like, I'm eating very little. And then we see their log and we're like, you're actually not like, are you surprised by how much you tracked? Right. Like, you know, we, we get them tracking, we ask for their lab, that they have labs within the last six months, or we run fresh new labs and kind of get a baseline of what is going on inside. And then we look at stress and gut health. Like I said, it's a metabolic systemic issue. So we're gonna have to really control cortisol and stress, which also regulates insulin and blood glucose. And then we're gonna really want to control gut health, because if we're not pooping daily, we're not detoxing estrogen. That is where inflammatory PCOS makes its grand debut, is with food intolerances and gut mishap and inflammation and digestive upset. So by really getting these things moving more smoothly and getting insulin regulated, we see a lot of success.
