So I do a lot of voice messages. I do a lot of video messages. If you're asking me a question, I'll more than likely either send you a little small or I'll send you a video of what you're asking me. The answer is I feel it's a little more intimate. It's a little more personal to you. I could connect with you a lot more. And that's usually how I connect with a lot of fitness professionals. By doing that, I'll ask them something. And now we're shooting video back. I use that as an amazing networking tool.
