So how do you help them take radical responsibility for their own transformation, as well as keep them on track.
Asking a lot of questions and getting down to the understanding of, like, who this is as a person? Like, if something is innocuous, as a flat tire can destroy your entire week, well, you having a couple bad meals out, being bloated is probably going to destroy your body image for another couple of weeks. So I have to understand how capable that person is to handling the hard stuff in their life. And it's crazy to me how many moms I work with who have multiple kids, who have a job or two, who have to keep up with the household because their husband isn't doing shit at home. And these mothers are constantly pouring into everybody else in their life. And then when it comes to themselves, they're always in last place. So for me, it's understanding.
