This is a YouTube video titled "Registered dietitian vs personal trainer - What's the difference?" containing a discussion between two speakers about the complementary roles of nutrition experts and personal trainers, emphasizing the evolving science of nutrition and the importance of specialized knowledge for client results. The speakers are not named Beverley Simpson.
And you always want to help that person. Right? But I think a lot of times what they forget is that by like, you know, you, you send them to someone who's got a little bit more of an area of expertise in the nutrition area now, they're going to see a better result with their training. And it's just going to help you, you know, it's going to help you in the long run with your client results and stuff too. Right.
So good. I love that you, that you shared that, you know, it's not, it's not black or white. I just think as human beings, we're always looking for the right, best, next thing and it's like, oh, we're just going to somehow arrive where we forget that nutrition is actually a science and that science is always evolving, testing theories. We as human beings are changing. So it's, it's a ever growing, evolving thing, which I think is important. But I think a lot of trainers forget that nutritionists and registered dietitians not only spend years in school to learn this science, there's also a difference between information and then actually implementing it.
