I'm sure there's been times that I have felt very angry on social media, and that's come through. But generally speaking, I have sort of like this internal rule that if I'm going to take up space on social media, I'm going to try to be kind and I'm going to act with a sense of abundance. Like there's room for everybody to be successful. There's rooms to, to promote people who offer the exact same thing as you. You can even help them. You can help make their offer better. Because at the moment, there are more people who need help than people who are prepared to provide that help. So there is definitely room for a lot of successful and passionate and smart, hard working fitness professionals in this industry. That would be how I would summarize the legacy. The other key things that I'd say is just always, always remember where you came from.
