This is a YouTube video titled "Saying Yes to Yourself: The Real Investment" featuring Beverley Simpson speaking about the value of engagement and exchange in email communication, emphasizing the importance of mutual commitment. The content is a monologue or speech rather than a multi-speaker conversation.
People who say yes to themselves have something on the line, and it's not for us to decide what's expensive. Expensive compared to what? So if you're on my email list because you came through a free training and you're opening up my emails, you're engaging like, that's. That's an exchange. But if you're on my list and you're not opening up my emails and you're just sitting there, and I'm just sitting there taking up real estate in your inbox book, there's no exchange. I'll stop. We stop emailing.
