Several processes for self development

Two speakers discuss introspective self-development techniques like journaling. They explore practical methods for personal growth, recorded January 12, 2024.
Now I want to be mindful of your time, so I, I will. This will be our last question, but I'm. You've mentioned self development a couple of times throughout this, throughout the recording of this episode. So I'm just curious for you and for your clients, what are some of your favorite introspective self development processes that you recommend for them and that you, you know, that you have gone through yourself and how did you get there?
So I think journaling is a big one. Just writing down your thoughts and not being intentional about it. The only, I guess the only intention you would have is actually the physical act of sitting down and doing it, but without any expectation of what pours out onto the paper. Because I think sometimes people think of journaling as another task or another chore and it becomes this thing that, like, oh, well, I have to check this box because my coach said so, versus I'm going to journal to just dump things out of my brain because it's therapeutic to me.
