This is a YouTube video titled "Strength and stretching" containing a discussion between two speakers about stretching techniques, specifically addressing static stretching and range of motion exercises inspired by the "Knees Over Toes" method. The conversation focuses on the control and execution of certain stretching movements.
You see everyone's talking about how you know, static stretching is no go. So what do you mean specifically when you're talking about stretching?
What I mean by that is by loading your stretching somehow some way you can I, I'll use this example. It's not the very best one but for most people that understand who he is, Mr. Knees Over Toes guy he'll do some type of knee very far over his toe that to me it looks insane right?
He can control.
His, his range, his range of motion very well. A lot of people can't do that. Most people want to get to that level. To me that's not, it's not really like a true exercise. He's just taking his, his joint, the range he calls it like ATG squat or something like that. Essentially it's just a split squat and he's just overtaking it through the range of motion that can truly, truly go to.
