This is a YouTube video titled "Taking the leap" containing a motivational discussion between two speakers about the challenges and mindset involved in starting a business, emphasizing self-trust and embracing failure as part of the learning process. So, you know, what are some of the lessons that you feel like you have learned? That if someone that you would share with someone who. Who's potentially considering opening up their own facility?
I think the biggest thing is you have to trust yourself enough to give yourself a chance. Like I said, my first initial reaction was, no, I can't do this. I can't do this. I don't have the skills. But if you want anything great, I think you have to kind of take a chance. You have to bet on yourself. And that's kind of what it came down to. I frame success, for me, as a learning. This is a learning opportunity. You know, I'm the one who got to set failure. Failure was not whether the business, you know, went under in three to five years. Failure for me was not giving myself the chance, not putting in the work necessary to actually go through the steps of trying to make something happen. So I think if you. If you truly want something, you have to be prepared to put in the work, accept that failure is a risk you're willing to take.
