This is a YouTube video titled "The art of personalized training" containing a discussion between two speakers about training program design, specifically focusing on how to introduce variety and personalize client programs over time. The conversation explores themes of client engagement and program adaptation. There is no indication that Beverley Simpson is one of the speakers.
I'm also curious how you know, how often do you change it up? When do you introduce, how do you navigate what's the plateau and when do you introduce variety?
Well for the 12 week program even though I said I keep people on stuff for extended periods of time for my 12 week program I understand that it's 12 weeks. It's not my, you know, 52 week program. It's a 12 week program that changes every four weeks and those I, I could talk about those have like, you know, a bit of specific themes but in terms of people who are with me, like clients who have been with me for longer, I believe in having dialogue with them. Like I, I remember in the past hearing coaches be like you shouldn't ask the client what they want to do and it's like that's their program, not my program. Like that's kind of egotistical to be like I'll tell you what you need.
