This is a YouTube video titled "The foundation of success" containing a monologue by Beverley Simpson recorded on July 15, 2023. In this excerpt, Beverley Simpson discusses her philosophy on treating people well as the foundation of success, emphasizing personal responsibility for one's behavior and attitude.
So to me, you treat people as a foundation of everything else. Like, I know one way to treat people. I'm going to treat people well, no matter how they're treating me, no matter what I'm dealing with when it comes to that. Because the only thing I control is my behavior, my attitude, and how I go about treating people. So for me, that's the foundation you and I connect. Part of it. Because how I deal with people, how I treat people, how I talk to people. Right? So that is the foundation of those.
