This is a YouTube video titled "The Hidden Red Flag in Sales Management You Can't Ignore" containing a discussion between two speakers about sales management strategies, focusing on employee development, feedback, and retention. The conversation explores how continuous improvement and communication impact salesperson retention and potential leadership opportunities. The speakers are not identified as Beverley Simpson.
A lot of people will move on when they feel like they're not getting better, you know, especially.
Salespeople, the good ones, very personal.
Development oriented.
They feel like they're.
Constantly getting better, they're sharpening their skill set and so on and so forth.
Then they're.
They're more likely to stay. So, like, what I like to tell our managers is like, you're always should be in your communication with them, showing where they are now, where they want to be. The same way you sell people, right? I mean, the same way you kind of retain people. And so like, you're always kind of trying to give them, hey, here are the things you need to be working on. Here's the things you need to be working on. Here's the things you need to be working on. And if you get to the point where you're like, man, I don't have any feedback for.
This person, that's honestly.
The red flag of where, you know, eventually they could churn. And sometimes it's, you know, but if you have no feedback for the person.
That'S a good candidate at that point, if they're that good to, to move.
Into maybe managing the sales team or being like a team lead or something along those lines, which opens up a whole new can of worms of things that they could get better at, right?
