A lot of times doctors don't even know what to look for. I ask. That's the very first question I ask people when they join my community, is how many doctors and how many years? And most people have been at least five or so years with multiple doctors. Some have gone 20, 30, 40 years before they've gotten diagnosed. So it's. And it's like the symptoms are always, like I've mentioned before, so unrelated. So it's just like you have all of these strange things going on. So it's just hard for a lot of people to quite put it all together and say, oh, you have autoimmune disease. So it's more. And a lot of people think it's just getting older. A lot of these things are like, oh, you're just getting older, you're just tired, you're losing your hair. You know, all of these things just. It's just normal getting older, but it's not okay. So. And then also, too, you know, you were talking about how everyone's symptoms just show up so differently too.
