This is a YouTube video titled "The Impact of Gym Routines on Business Success" containing a discussion between multiple speakers reflecting on how structured gym routines influence business performance and personal growth, including challenges with parenting. The conversation explores the interplay between personal life and professional development.
What I find is when I'm really structured in the gym, and that becomes such a foundation for my life, that carries over into my business. But when I'm being unstructured in the gym, like 20, 24, because I was traveling so much, I was like, I'm just gonna wing this year. But also carried over into my business. There are areas where I feel like I have mastery, and then there's areas where I'm like, wow, I don't know what I'm doing here. Parenting. Parenting is always, like, an Achilles heel for me. Interesting, right? For most of us, I think, like, do any of us really know what we're doing with parenting? I mean, I. It's so funny you say that, because I'm going to tell you. And this is what I was coming up for me when I was listening to is honestly, parenting is what brought me to this work. This is how I. I became more present to who I am because of my parent. My children. My children have really exposed so. So much of my work that I have done on myself has been because of my children. Yes, because you didn't have mastery as a mom. I mean, right? Like, so your children are a gateway into this work. Your business is a gateway into this work.
