A coach explains why personalized training beats generic programs. Trust between coach and client matters more than following the same plan as everyone else. Individualized programming accounts for your specific goals, injuries, and how your body actually responds.
I firmly believe in letting the coach be the coach. I think that's the best way to get results, to build that connection and that trust between clients. With the in person personal training that we focus on, that connection is so important is getting to know the person in front of them and me watching a session from across the gym. If I'm not actively talking to that person or I'm not going through the assessment process and day to day listening to their story, I shouldn't be the one as the owner to be programming for that person. They can be best served by having their dedicated coach do the programming for them. We all follow a similar style. Like there's a philosophy that we kind of oversee and there are similarities between all of our programming as coaches. But we do have some differences too, which I think.
