Yeah. So from a professional perspective, I would say try to develop a wide range of skills and abilities. You know, put yourself out there and learn different models. Having knowledge of this model and that model and the other model is just going to make you a more well rounded coach. Some things don't work for people and something else might. So having that knowledge and the skills is going to make you a better provider.
