This is a YouTube video titled "The Shocking Truth About Mental Health Revealed What You Didnt Know" containing a monologue or talk from May 11, 2023, discussing the impact of the pandemic on mental health awareness and destigmatization. The speaker reflects on how the global experience has made mental health care more accessible and accepted.

And it's just, I think, opened the door and made it more accessible and more, I guess, available to people who maybe before thought, I don't need to think about this.
