And long story short, the corporation that originally hired me to where I am right now left this building. They no longer manage this building. So then I was given another chance to, okay, do I follow them? Do they manage other buildings? I could go wherever. I could go to multiple buildings if I wanted to. Or do I double down on the demographic here and then just stay here, be my own guy, see what happens, and, you know, the rest is history. I stayed here, built up my clientele, and, you know, I'm blessed to say, somehow I've been making it. So, yeah, that's. That's pretty much my story.
