Like, you know, they can get, like, whatever little kind of toy weights they have out there. And, like, maybe they could, you know, pretend to, like, lift weights with you or. I just think back again to what my mom did and how she set a good example for me. And I think that by just doing by lifting weights, by going for walks, by taking them for walks, by, you know, making sure you're careful surrounding, like, certain words you use in regards to certain foods, like, oh, I'm going to be so bad. I'm going to have a cookie. You know what I mean? Like, that kind of stuff really, like, stays with the kids. And then, I think, throughout their whole life, or even, you know, you can't get up from the table until you finish your meal.
