This is a YouTube video titled "The valley of despair" containing a monologue by Beverley Simpson recorded on November 4, 2023. Beverley discusses the concept of the "Valley of Despair," emphasizing the importance of taking inspired action and avoiding emotionally driven decisions in favor of data-driven ones.
And it's not without action. You have to take inspired action. I share this with you because what happens and what the dangers of living in the Valley of Despair is, if you're in the Valley of Despair, then what happens is you start to make emotional driven decisions instead of data driven decisions, and you start to go, oh, this is working, and throw it all out and then go back to uninformed optimism, which is a great exciting place to be, which is also where your brain is neural pathway to designed to live that.
